During my time with the Baltimore Ravens, I supported the execution of unforgettable game-day experiences and sponsor activations — blending logistical precision with bold creativity. I helped streamline event setup operations, reducing turnaround times by 15% and improving the fan experience across 10+ home games and special events.


Working alongside cross-functional teams, I helped activate 20+ partnerships, facilitating on-field promotions, branded experiences, and VIP hospitality. My role also included real-time content support — assisting with game-day social capture and amplifying sponsor visibility on digital platforms.


Whether coordinating with internal ops or engaging directly with fans, I ensured that every moment was aligned with brand objectives, high energy, and the Ravens' culture of excellence.
