Drove engagement and brand presence for Boss Women Media across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Circle, spotlighting The Collective Table event.

As Social Media Manager for Boss Women Media, I led the brand’s digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and the Circle community app. My role was to align social content with BWM’s mission of empowering women of color through career, community, and culture.
I crafted multi-platform content strategies that connected with a diverse audience of professionals and creatives. On Instagram, I balanced visually engaging graphics and reels with inspirational messaging, while on LinkedIn, I tailored thought leadership posts to attract corporate partners and sponsors. Within Circle, I curated content and conversations that drove community engagement and member retention.
My signature project was The Collective Table — BWM’s marquee event bringing together women executives and entrepreneurs. I developed the event’s digital promotion strategy, including countdown content, spotlight reels, and sponsor-driven highlights. By leveraging storytelling and authentic visuals, I positioned the event as both aspirational and accessible, driving higher participation and brand visibility.
