Dallas PULSE

Led the digital and content strategy for a new professional sports franchise, generating 900K+ monthly views and building a scalable brand presence from the ground up.

As Social Media Manager for Dallas PULSE, I led the development and execution of the team's digital presence ahead of its inaugural Major League Volleyball season. My role extended beyond social media management. I owned the full content and storytelling ecosystem, shaping how the brand was introduced, positioned, and experienced by fans.

From day one, I built a strategy centered on short-form video, real-time storytelling, and culturally relevant content. Operating as a one-person content team, I managed everything from campaign ideation and content production to publishing, community engagement, creator coordination, and performance analysis. Through consistent optimization and data-informed decision-making, I generated 18.7M+ impressions, 4.5M+ video views, and 437K+ engagements while growing the organization's audience by 168.6% to more than 30K followers across five platforms during its inaugural championship season.

This role reflects my ability to build and scale a brand from the ground up, operate across both strategy and execution, and drive measurable growth through content, community, and storytelling.
