Howard University

Led the digital transformation of Howard Football’s brand, driving 110% follower growth and building a 20-person creative team.

As Creative Director for Howard University Football, I transformed the program’s digital presence, blending storytelling with strategy to elevate the brand both on and off the field. Over two seasons, I led the development of a unified content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter — increasing followers by 110% and reaching 91K+ views on viral content.


I built and managed a 20-person creative team from the ground up, overseeing content calendars, brand consistency, and game-day coverage. From weekly highlight reels to student-athlete features, I ensured everything aligned with the team's values and amplified their voice within the HBCU and college football landscape.


Through real-time analytics and audience engagement insights, I optimized reach and resonance, turning followers into fans and static posts into cultural moments. This role was the blueprint for the type of work I now do at the intersection of athletics, culture, and brand building.
